YouTube is an American video-sharing website headquartered in San Bruno,California.The service was created by three former PayPal employees – Chad Hurley, Steve Chen, and Jawed Karim-in February 2005.As everyone knows, YouTube is a site that allows users to upload, view, rate, share, add to favorites, report, comment on videos, and subscribe to other users all across the world.
YouTube is now up redesigning its site with a new Dark Theme that gives the site a more visual feel. You can wait for the new updated design to hit your PC or can opt in by going to this link: youtube.com/new.
The Dark Theme feature redesigned in YouTube can be activated by following the steps below:
1. Sign into your Account.
2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner from the account menu.
3. Activate the Dark Theme Option given below in the list on the Menu.
This is how your YouTube will look after activavting the New Theme.
If you find you don’t like YouTube’s site new look, you can go back to the old design by opening the account menu and choosing Restore classic YouTube.
