MicroBlogger Rhythmbox is a simple plugin for Rhythmbox with which you can share the song you are listening in Rhythmbox to you Twitter Followers with one click. Easily add your tweet with the song title, album and artist, you can also modify it to your liking. Then with the next mouse click your favourite music will be shared to your followers. To install MicroBlogger Rhythmbox on Ubuntu or Debian you can simply open a terminal and type:
sudo apt-get install git
mkdir -p ~/.gnome2/rhythmbox/plugins
cd ~/.gnome2/rhythmbox/plugins
git clone git://github.com/aliva/rhythmbox-microblogger.git
Now we will have to activate the plugin installed we start Rhythmbox and go to Edit -> Plugins and popped Microblogging. Select Configure to customize the message, and to authorize the plugin.
