Pogo is really simple and user friendly music player. It is consumes very few resources but still has some useful options. Use Pogo if you just want to listen to music while you’re working with heavy applications. It supports almost all playlist formats and audio formats like Ogg Vorbis, MP3, FLAC, Musepack, WavPack, and MPEG-4 AAC. It also has extended functionality such as EQ, album art display and Desktop Notification. Today Popo 0.3 was released. Here are some of the changes:
- You can now search for your music inside Pogo
- The search will include the folders below the separator in the file browser
- Adding music is made easier, you can now add more music folder via the right click menu.
- It is now possible to open the folders and files in your external file browser (eg nautilus) from the context menu
