How to locate your lost iPad/iPhone using Find My iPhone
Procedure:
- Update iPhone, iPod touch or iPad on firmware iOS 4.2
- Go to Settings -> Mail, Contacts and Calendars
- Click “Add …”
- Choose MobileMe
- Enter the address / e-mail and password for your account Apple ID (iTunes Store ID, Apple Online Store ID, an account in the App Store)
- Confirm your account via email
- Go back to Settings -> Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> MobileMe
- Enable Find my iPhone
- Click “Allow”
- Download Find my iPhone app from the App Store, or use the service me.com
