Dalle is a program used for splitting and joining files in ubuntu. It is a utility to join fragments of files that were split with other softwares like winzip, winrar, hjsplit…etc. Dalle support a wide variety of formats that is used frequently. Dalle makes it easy for splitting and joining files for internet uploads or downloads. On many occasions I have downloaded internet files that have been fragmented and I couldn’t join these files in Linux. Dalle has a solution to this problem, allowing you to work with a variety of formats. So you do not have to worry about finding the program, but simply unpack the file with Dalle.
