Mandriva Linux 2011 Beta 1 – Screenshots, Features and Overview

Mandriva is yet another emerging linux distro. Mandriva 2011 Beta 1 is developed on Linux kernel 2.6.37.2. Its features include visual theme updates, systemd 20, NetworkManager 0.8.3.997, Mozilla Firefox 4.0rc1, Bash 4.2, latest version of Chromium browser and integrated TeX Live 2011.

The new Mandriva 2011 user interface will feature plasma-applet-stackfolder application, developed by ROSA Labs, by which you can drag any folder from dolphin to KDE taskbar. Mandriva is simple, secure, stable and has more than 3 million users.
